Order Processing

Once your order has been placed either online or by phone, a customer service representative will contact the vendors to verify availability of items. Once the items have been verified that they are available, we will proceed by contacting you to verify the order and set up a delivery time and date.

Order Cancellation

Most of our products are in stock at vendor warehouses for fast shipment. You may cancel your order and receive no penalties before your order ships to our warehouse.

If your order has already arrived at our Expo Moderno warehouse, a 20% restocking fee will apply to your order if you wish to cancel.

If your order has already shipped from Expo Moderno, any cancellations or shipment refusals will be considered "Returns". As with a return, the customer will be responsible for actual freight BOTH ways in addition to the 20% restocking fee. Bear in mind, actual freight returned may be higher than freight we originally charged based on additional fuel surcharges and labor, residential pick-up circumstances, etc. freight charges apply only for out of state customers.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase after receiving your item, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund of your costs as long as the merchandise is in its original packaging.

All returns must be doubled boxed (manufacturer's box inside a shipping box) and authorized by Expo moderno. Please contact our customer service department for return authorization number and instructions prior to shipping merchandise back. Enclose the original receipt or a copy of it with your return. Also enclose a brief letter of explanation of return and state your request for either a refund or an exchange. Please include the authorization number on this letter and not on the outside of the box. Never write anything on the manufacturer's box.

Any product, which appears to have an initial defect within 7 days of delivery, may be returned for a replacement (for the identical model only) without being subject to any restocking fees. Please Note Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be REFUSED!

In the event any of these conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to either refuse the return, or to charge a nominal restock fee of no less than 20% depending on the condition of the returned merchandise
